He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Levell and Blanche Levell (Croggins); his wife Juanita Levell (Sigmon); and his siblings, Robert Levell, Cecil Levell and Mary Belle Birge.
He is survived by: his children, Teresa Ann Levell of Vevay, IN, James Ronald Levell (Peggy) of Oxnard, CA and Roger Dale Levell (Sally) of Gulf Shores, AL; his grandchildren, Joseph Levell (Michelle), Summer Williams (Ray), Christopher Levell (Chrissy), Matthew Levell (Brooke) and Keara Levell; and his great grandchildren, Christopher Levell, Jr., Christian Levell, Ember Sky Williams, Corbin Williams, Chase Williams, Madalyn Grace Levell, Grayson James Levell, Hudson Matthew Levell, Josiah Levell and Isabella Levell. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
