It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irma Whitham (Vevay, Indiana), who passed away on March 8, 2019, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Irma Whitham to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Courtney and Laura Belle Courtney (Ballard); her son Dennis Lee Whitham; and her brother Raymond E. Courtney. She is survived by: her son Floyd Ray Whitham (Sundra) of Vevay, IN; her daughter-in-law Alice Faye Whitham (Edwards) of Vevay, IN; her grandchildren, Timothy Floyd Whitham (Jayna), Thomas Courtney Whitham (Melanie), Travis Michael Whitham (Rebecca), Kandy Lee Powers (Michael) and April Dawn Whitham; her great grandchildren, Devyn, Andrew, Christopher, Conner, Hadley, Callie, Henley, Holden and Hayes; and her stepgrandchildren, Stephen and John Sieglitz. She is also survived by her several nieces, nephews, a host of neighbors and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to the Ruter Chapel United Methodist Church.
