He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Edward Duffield and Martha Jean Sheeley (Gibson); and his stepfather Forrest Sheeley. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Lynn Duffield (Helsel) of Vevay, IN; his children, Crystal Foster of Wilmington, OH, David Foster of Vevay, IN and Shayne Duffield (Jackie) of Vevay, IN; and his sister Frances Hoppes. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
