She was predeceased by: her father Elzie Stamper; and her daughter Audrey Paige Costello. She is survived by: her mother Connie Hawkins (Chaney); her children, Elzie Brett Costello of Jackson, KY, Andrew Barrett of Vevay, IN and Olivia Costello (Jason Watts) of Lost Creek, KY; her stepfather Jerald Hawkins of Vevay, IN; her grandchildren, Christopher Watts and Bryson Clemmons; her close friend Roger Barrett of Vevay, IN; and her sisters, Chanda Johnson (Mark Shaver) of Vevay, IN and Farrah Stamper (Chris Sparks) of Berea, KY. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
