He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Bledsoe and Sudie May Bledsoe (Honeycutt); and his brothers, Junior, David, Robert and Charles Bledsoe.
He is survived by: his wife Cassandra M. "Sandy" Bledsoe (Hines) of Vevay, IN; his children, George Ray Bledsoe, Jr. (Charlene Beck) of Greensburg, IN, Robert Eugene Bledsoe (Nikki White) of Vevay, IN and Kaye Uhlmansiek (Maury) of Rising Sun, IN; his grandchildren, Jordan Bledsoe, Kenyon Bledsoe, Justice Bledsoe, Josh Uhlmansiek (Jessica) and Jake Uhlmansiek; and his sister Naomi Crieder of Atlanta, GA. He is also survived by his several nieces and nephews.
