He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence A. Penick (Vice) and Luther Aaron Penick; his brother Luther Allen "Butch" Penick, Jr.; his niece Rachel Ann Penick; and his sister-in-law Pearl Ann Penick (Anderson).
He is survived by: his pet Whiskers; and his siblings, Keith Lee Penick (Mickey) of East Enterprise, IN, Sundra Whitham (Floyd) of Vevay, IN, Leona Sue Penick of Erlanger, KY and Carol Bridgwater (Penick) of Vevay, IN.
