He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Layman Patrick, Sr. and Georgia May Patrick (Lewis); and his sister Shirley Mae Fultz. He is survived by: his wife Violet Patrick (Fultz) of Vevay, IN; his children, Dan Patrick (Cyndi) of Elyria, OH, Leah Patrick, Tony Fultz (Shannon) of Midville, GA, Tammy Patrick (Tony Jackson) of Vevay, IN, Fred Patrick (Melissa) of Vevay, IN and Marie Brenneman (James) of Sunman, IN; and his siblings, Diane Snyder of New Trenton, IN, Ray Patrick (Lynn) of West Chester, OH and Larry Patrick (Julie) of Delhi, OH. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
