It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Colleen Miller of Vevay, Indiana, who passed away on February 21, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles D. Stivers and Marjorie Stivers (Scudder); her husband Randall C. Miller; and her brother Charles "Don" Stivers. She is survived by: her son Eric Robert Miller (Megan) of Vevay, IN; her grandchildren, Heather, Julian (Matty) and Macie; her great grandchildren, Michael, Kylie and Preston; and her brothers, John Stivers (Nancy) of Edinburgh, IN, Bob Stivers of Vevay, IN, Mike Stivers of Scottsburg, IN and Bill Stivers of Madison, IN. She is also survived by her several nieces and nephews.
