He is survived by: his parents, Everett Asa and Ethel Carter (Hoskins); his son Max Carter of Aurora, IN; and his siblings, Scott Smith of Middletown, OH, Spencer Smith of Colerain Township, OH, Michelle Taylor of Middletown, OH, Sheila Rhodes of Middletown, OH and Melissa Frank of Middletown, OH. He is also survived by his several nieces, nephews and cousins.
