She was predeceased by: her father Raymond Harrison Booker; her grandparents, Charles L., Dorothy Alice McMackin (Elston), Caleb and Eula Mae Booher; her granddaughters, Ava Kay and Alivia Fay Peelman; her siblings, Rae Ann Booker and Kenneth Lee Booker; her nephew Sergeant Kenneth Raymond Booker; and her brother-in-law Darrell Powell.
She is survived by: her mother Inez Lorene Booker (McMackin) of Moorefield, Indiana.; her husband Shan Dale Butler of Moorefield, IN; her sons, Jason Rook of Cross Plains, IN and Andrew Peelman (Daryl) of Cross Plains, IN; her grandchildren, Kenneth Rook, Sebastian Rook and Ashtyn Peelman; her siblings, Charles Raymond Booker (Brenda "Shorty") of Madison, IN and Alice Powell of Madison, IN; and her nephews, Jeremy Stevens, Jarrid Stevens, Kaleb Booker and Keith Briner.
