He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas C. Lozier and Celia E. Lozier (Webster); his wife Barbara "Colleen" Lozier (Peak); his son Phillip Leon "Phil" Lozier; his grandson Ryan Phillip Lozier; his siblings, Lester, Virgil Lozier, Anna Mae Jones, Mary Geneva Wallick and Lelia Kelley; and his daughter-in-law Rae Jean Lozier.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark Lozier and Michael "Todd" Lozier of Sunman, IN; his grandchildren, Benjamin Lozier, LeAnn Lozier, LoriAnn Lozier, Cassidy Graf (Chris) and Tanner Lozier (Ashley); and his great grandchildren, Rensly, Livi and Reid. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
