He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Hammond and Nora Hammond (McCain); his wife Gladys E. Hammond (Hinman); and his son-in-law Robert "Gary" Kidwell. He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon Kidwell of Indianapolis, IN and Karen Peters (Dennis) of Seymour, IN; his grandchildren, Heather Harris (Gabe) and Brandon Peters (Kim); his great grandchildren, Cooper James Harris and Emerson Ann Harris; his half-brother Clarence Clifton; and his sister-in-law Ruth Ann Shadday of Vevay, IN..
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, masks are required along with social distancing.
