He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Perlich and Hazel Perlich (McCoy); and his brothers, Donald and Wayne Perlich. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Ruth "Kathy" Perlich (Goleeke) of Switzerland County, Indiana; and his children, Laura Gaerte (Dave) of Yuma, Pam Frecker (Terry) of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Lance Perlich (Daisy).
