He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Ann Bush (Buschmann) of Vevay, IN; his spouse LeeAnn Thomas; his daughters, Kesley Lynn, Emily Ann Bush and Kelsey Lynn Bush of Vevay, IN; his grandson Kylan Zane Bush of Vevay, IN; his sister Christy Morgan (Dan) of Vevay, IN; his nieces, Danna Morgan and Sarah Morgan (Brandon Alexander); and his great-nephews, Mason (Bree) and Braxton Jacye May of Vevay, IN.
Due to COVID-19, masks are required along with social distancing.
