She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon James and Dorothy Ellen Brayman (Plew); her son Brian Melzer Cox; her daughter-in-law Samantha Lynna Cox (Olmstead); and her siblings, Sandy and Joey.
She is survived by: her husband David William Cox of Vevay, IN; her children, Kimberly Cox (Kyle Coffey) of Columbus, IN and Bradley Cox (Manuel Donati) of Columbus, IN; her grandchildren, Taylor Cox, Kyle "James" Mathews and Rebecca Mathews; and her siblings, Brenda Nowak (Francis) of Prescott, AZ, Kathleen Bonnier (Pete) of Schaghticoke, NY, Patricia Belcher (Butch) of Melrose, NY, James Dooley (Karen) of Troy, NY and Michael Dooley (Christine) of Myrtle Beach, SC.
