He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Clark and Evelene Clark (Fields); his daughter Mendy Clark; and his siblings, Jim Clark, Polly Painter and Joan Lane.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Sue Clark of Vevay, IN; his children, David Clark (Alisha Wilburn) of Dillsboro, IN, Joey Clark (Diana Griffith) of Lawrenceburg, IN and Amanda Bates (Chris) of Greensburg, IN; his siblings, Darryl Clark (Sonja) of Lawrenceburg, IN and Pam Green (Tom) of Baltimore, MD; and his grandchildren, Travis, Zachary, Michael, Brandy, Tristan, Ethan, Chloe, Olivia, Cierra, Payten and Brayden.
