He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Chase (Scott) of Fairview, IN; his daughter-in-law Jill L. Chase of Fairview, IN; his grandchildren, Tina Girton (Jerry) of Vevay, IN, Cassandra Chase of Pleasant, IN, Crystal Richmer (Andy) of Madison, IN and Cayla Rogers (Ben) of Bennington, IN; his great grandchildren, Christopher Girton (Caroline King), Sam Girton (Moira Delgado), Carson Byrd, Caleb Byrd, Jack Richmer, Elsie Rogers and Ada Rogers; his great great grandchild Elias Daniel Len Girton; his sister Marietta Crandell of Moorefield, IN; his niece Connie Purdum of Arvada, CO; and his nephew Gwenn Dale Stevenson (Sharon) of Munfordville, KY..
