She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Emory Brown and Prudie Brown Poore (Todd); her husband Carl Scott Crandell; her siblings, Grace Elizabeth Brown, Carl T. Brown, Robert E. Brown and Fred W. Brown; her niece Sharon Brown; her stepfather Joshua Gabriel Poore; and her stepsister Clara Frances Burroughs.
She is survived by: her sons, Arthur "Art" Crandell (Debbie) of Versailles, IN and Glenn Crandell of Moorefield, IN; her grandchildren, Rachel Evans (Josh) and Levi Crandell (Christian); and her great grandchildren, Layla, Blair, Josiah, Mercy, Michael, Abraham, Ezra and Grace. She is also survived by her several nieces, nephews and cousins.
