He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kincaid and Eunice Kincaid (Bailey); his son Robin Wayne "Robbie" Kincaid; his granddaughter Karsen Elyse Cook; his siblings, Doris Kincaid, Lillian Jean Campbell and Kenneth Kincaid; and his sister-in-law Margaret Kincaid.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Kincaid (Harlow) of Switzerland County, IN; his children, Scotty Kincaid (Ginger) of Switzerland County, IN and Cindy Kincaid (Jeff Wagoner) of Owingsville, KY; his grandchildren, Kelly Kincaid, Keegan Kincaid (Tealsee) and Tyler Cook; his great grandchildren, Kambrie Lay, Brixx Kincaid of John Craig, III. and Adari Kincaid; and his siblings, James Kincaid (Glenda) of Lexington, KY, Minnie See (J. Lynn) of Louisa, KY, Betty Russell of Cincinnati, OH, Muriel Conner of Cincinnati, OH and Judy Holbrook (Skeet) of Ashtabula, OH. He is also survived by his several nieces and nephews.
