He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Ann Smith Luellen and Tommy Luellen; and also Betty Ann Smith Luellen. He is survived by: his wife Pam Lovins Smith of Lamb, Indiana; his stepson Derick Lovins (Emilee) of Madison, Indiana; his stepgrandchildren, Natalee, Maveryk and Austyn; and his half-brother Tony Luellen of Summerfield, Florida.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre (325 Demaree Dr, Madison, IN 47250). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
