It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Quinton Zachary of Vevay, Indiana, born in Jamestown, Tennessee, who passed away on May 18, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Dorthy Mae Zachary (Slaven); his son Christopher Lee Zachary; his father Otha Allen Zachary; and his brothers, James Allen Zachary, Sr., Otha "Junior" Zachary, Leon Dallas Zachary and Danny K. Zachary, Sr..

He is survived by: his wife Mary Magdalene "Mickie" Zachary (Smith) of Vevay, Indiana; his children, William Zachary of Las Vegas, Nevada, Micki Cook of Phoenix and Sherri Gregg (Travis Peelman) of Vevay, IN; his stepchildren, Tim Smith of Anderson, Rick Smith (Ann) of Tell City, Indiana and Kim Jaehnen (Delbert Read) of Dupont, Indiana; his grandchildren, Zachary Gregg (Shelby McCarty), Trevor Peelman (Skyler Frederick), Dylan Peelman (Kassedy Murray), Jaylen Peelman, Karson Peelman, Maci Peelman, Kayla Crouch (Jeff), Megan Karnes (Kenny), Seth McFarland (Ashley), Wayne Cook (Monick), Travis Smith, Colton Smith, Dusty Smith, Faith Smith, Brittany Smith and Austin Smith; his great grandchildren, Myles Gregg, Waylon Gregg, Lainey Gregg, Arbor Murray, McKenzie Davis, Bentley Davis, Dallas Karnes, Blaire McFarland, Liam Rowan and Peyton Thompson; his siblings, Bob Zachary (Mary) of Anderson, IN, Larry Zachary (Debbie) of Anderson, IN, Carolyn Wiles (Dale) of Charlotte, NC and Linda Parks of Chesterfield, IN; and his sisters-in-law, Mona Zachary of Alexandria, IN and Tracy Zachary of Allens, TN.. He is also survived by his several nieces and nephews.
