She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Louise Lucas (Andrew) and John Ervin Lucas; her sister Ruth Ann Lucas; and her sister-in-law Nancy Kay Jellison Lucas (Burgess). She is survived by: her sons, Andy Lucas (Shelby) of Quercus Grove, IN and Willie Self of Moorefield, IN; her brothers, James William Lucas (Sharon) of Rising Sun, IN and John Robert "Bob" Lucas (Debi) of Moorefield, IN; her aunts, Nell Jaynes of Anderson, IN, Betty Lucas of Madison, IN, Mary Lucas of Moorefield, IN and Becky Lucas of San Antonio, TX; her nieces, Randa Combs (Josh) and Tiffany Wooten (Tevin); her pet Lily; her close friends, Donna Tinker of Fairview, IN and Lorrie LaPenna (Carfield) of Vevay, IN.; her great-nephew Luca James Wooten; and also, Ava Self, Adeleigh Lucas, Case Lucas, Weston Self and Archer King. She is also survived by her several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
