He was predeceased by: his parents, Aldean Irene Cutter (Cleeter) and Clarence Robert Cutter; and his sister Lauragene Filsell (Cutter). He is survived by: his son Timothy Cutter (Julie Pike) of Bennington, IN; his granddaughters, Kayla, Mya and Kenli; his close friend Martha Ann Blodgett of Vevay, IN; and his brothers, Dean Cutter (Kathy) of Versailles, IN and Denzil Cutter (Peggy) of Fairview, IN. He is also survived by his several nieces, nephews and cousins.
