He was predeceased by: his parents, Antone, Sr. Cruz and Mary Irene Lopes Cruz; and his sister Irene Cruz. He is survived by: his children, Lizabeth Hawkins (Kevin) of Florence, Tonya Cruz (Tim Davis) of Cincinnati, Kathy-Jo Cruz (Luke Utter) of Louisville, Kentucky and Antone Cruz (Jackie) of Newport, Kentucky; and his grandson Antone Cruz.
