He is survived by: his parents, Randall Leon "Randy" Phelps of Cincinnati, OH and Angel Michelle Sellars of Rising Sun, IN; his siblings, Randy Phelps of Cincinnati, OH, Terry Phelps (Skylar) of Cincinnati, OH, Matthew Meadows of Lawrenceburg, IN and Kassidy Phelps of Rising Sun, IN; and his grandparents, Harold Sellars of Denver, CO and Geneva Meadows of Cincinnati, OH. He is also survived by his several aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous friends.
