She was predeceased by: her parents, Hosea Wilson and Thelma Scott Wilson; her son Barry Holdsworth; and her brother Keith Wilson. She is survived by: her husband Gary Holdsworth; her sons, Scott Holdsworth (Kara) of Greensburg and Brian Holdsworth (Stacy) of Zionsville; her grandchildren, Jocelyn, Braden, Macy and Chancey Holdsworth; her stepgrandson Brandon Seabolt (Lindsey) of Versailles; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Addison, Kamryn and Cooper Seabolt.

Memorials may be given to the Holdsworth Music Scholarship or the Indiana Chapter of the ALS Foundation in care of the funeral home.
