She is survived by: her husband Dwight Webb; her children, Bobby West and Deann McMeans (Webb); her siblings, Robert Ricketson, Loretta Westmoreland (Bill), Gwen Whitman and Zelina Shiver; and her close friend Max. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild.
