He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his daughters, Amanda Trese, Rachel Hall, Tammy Jo Kinkade, Kayleigh Prather (Luke), Ashley Hall and Jennifer Kinkade; his siblings, Bill Griswold, Jim Griswold, Debbie Hansen (Butch) and Lisa Bochey; his nieces, Lauren Elder (Jordan), Brittany Mittrucker (Nick) and Danielle Legiste (Marvin); his uncle Tom Prosser; and his grandchildren, Lacy, Harmony, Malachi, Vaughn, Bella, Elijah, Liam, Ryleigh, Neoma, Gemma, Malia, Tamara Jo, Dakota and Kierstian.
