She was predeceased by: her parents, William Clayton and Marilyn Spurlock Clayton; her husband Charles Freeman; her brother Justin Clayton; and her niece Kenna Harper Wilson.

She is survived by: her children, Megan Ramey (Andrew) of Greensburg, Alexis Freeman of Versailles, Indiana and Benjamin Freeman of Milan, Indiana; her siblings, Jill Marie Humphries of Versailles, Sally Clayton of Madison, Indiana and William Clayton of Alabama; her grandchildren, Kinsley Marcum and Korra Marcum; her aunts, Carolyn Spurlock of Greenwood and Trudy Thomas of South Carolina; and her nieces and nephews, Hailie, Aaron, Willow and Alex.
