He is survived by: his wife Genevieve Sterling; his children, Carmen Sterling and Frank Watkins; and his grandsons, Jeffrey Francis Decker (Crystal) and James Gerald Decker (LeAnna). He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
