He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Lanham (Bryan); his stepchildren, Angie Randles (Kerry) and Michael Rothrock; and his siblings, Stan Butler (Dottie), Sharon Subler, Barbara Davis (Glenn), Donna Lankster (Dewayne), Patty Myles (John), Kathy Rinehart (Jay) and Tammy Taylor. He is also survived by several grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
