He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Smith of Veedersburg; his children, Mona Norman (Nathan) of Bloomingdale, Stacy Smith of Covington and Rusty Smith of Veedersburg; his grandchildren, Jason, Jessica, Jonah, Brandon, Jeremy, Tina, Justin, Zachary, Clint and Ashton; and his sister Patricia Keller (Jack) of Covington. He is also survived by 31 great grandchildren and 2 on the way, 3 great-great grandchildren.
