It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn J Leas (Veedersburg, Indiana), born in Danville, Illinois, who passed away on May 19, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Ward and June Alberta Gross (Glover); and her husband David Neal Hoffman. She is survived by: her children, Forrest B. Leas (Lisa Paugsch) and Terrie Leas O'Riley (Edward); her brother Kenneth Lee Gross (Shanon); her granddaughters, Jessica Leas, Hannah Leas (Austin Hayes) and Julia Whitaker; her great grandchildren, Bryce Derrick and Jackson Hayes; and her nephews, Daniel Gross (Tiffany) and Jason Gross (Lena).
Her passion in life was Purdue Athletics, caring for her small farm, and her love for pets, the family asks that in lieu of flowers contributions be given to the humane society in memory of Marilyn.
