She was predeceased by: her parents, Gary Warrick and Elaine Freed (Myers). She is survived by: her husband Rusty Smith of Veedersburg; her stepchildren, Emily, Sarah, Rachel, Tina, Justin and Zachary; her parents-in-law, Russell and Phyllis Smith; and her sisters-in-law, Mona Norman and Stacey Smith.
