She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard F. Cates and Grace Elizabeth Cates (Bowman); and her husband Hardy R. Keeling. She is survived by: her sons, James Keeling (Terri) of Butler, PA and Rodney Keeling of Attica, IN; her stepchildren, Cindy Franklin of Hillsboro, IN, Jeffrey Keeling (Linda) of Winterville, NC, Brian Keeling (Charlene) of Attica, IN and Steven Keeling (Kim) of Waynetown, IN; her brother Steve Cates (Deb) of Veedersburg, IN; and her grandchildren, Kyler, Ashlie, Dylan and Katie. She is also survived by nine step-grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Church of God in Veedersburg.
