He was predeceased by: his parents, Marguerite Hanna Hathaway and Rowland F. Hathaway; his brother Jerry; and his grandson Layton W. Hathaway. He is survived by: his wife Alice L Hathaway; and his sons, Scott Hathaway (Debby) of Veedersburg and Randy Hathaway (Ann) of Veedersburg. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family would prefer memorial contributions be given to Southeast Fountain Community Foundation PO Box 95 Veedersburg IN 47987.
