He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Franklin and Virginia Clair Frey (Faust); and his brother Richard "Dick" Frey. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Frey; his children, Christy Frey Chambers and James Frey of Cleveland, OH; his stepchildren, Ty Lightle (Mandi) of Rosedale, IN and Lana Walton (Doug); his siblings, Tom Frey (Sandee), Judy Caviglia (Mario) of Spotsylvania, VA, Suzy Allen (Denny) and Kathy Fulkerson of Bedford, IN.; and his grandchildren, Kenli, Bryson and Bailey.
