She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee A. Dunivan and Naomi Dunivan (Pollard); her son James Richard Hughes III; and her siblings, Leslie, Edith Metz and Marjorie Lucille Dunivan.
She is survived by: her husband Jim Hughes; her sons, Scott Hughes (Amanda) and Todd Hughes (Penny); her siblings, Hubert Dunivan (Anne), Carole Goodwin and Linda Keeling; her grandchildren, Corey James Hughes (Anna), Kendall Perez (Nune), Adam, Andrew, Miranda, Dylan, Tatum, Emrey and Caelan Hughes; her great grandchildren, Jaxon Perez, Kynsley Hughes and Jim Richard Hughes IV; and her stepdaughters, Kathie Armstrong and Karen Jenkins.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Janet's name to the Alzheimer's Association, American Heart Association, or donor's choice.
