She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse F. Allen and Mabel L. Allen (Marsh); her former husband Robert E. "Bob" Minnick; and her husband Roger Kersey. She is survived by: her children, Kim Sowers (Dan), Brad Minnick (Tracie), Brooky Grubbs (Brian Angus), Amber Hudson (Jeff), David (Donna) and Judy (Greg); her brother Buck Allen; and her grandchildren, Ross Ginter (Sarah), Blaise Ginter (Cassandra), Brody Sowers (Briana), Abram Sowers (Stefaney), Kaity Swintz (Matt), Clay Hudson (Holly), Conor Hudson, Hannah Hudson, Amanda Denman (Luke), Jayson Frazier (Chrystal), Megan Black, Ciara Whitaker (Tyler Woodcock), Shannon Galligan, Paula Waw, Lesa Winters, Grace Whitten, Lauren Knesek and Kristi Cain. She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Dickerson Funeral Home (303 N Main St, Veedersburg, IN 47987). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
