He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Seefus and Cassie Jane Curtis (Roberts); his siblings, Donald Curtis, Olga England, Ilene Eldridge and Sylvia Ezell; and his son-in-law Stephen Philpott.
He is survived by: his wife Frances L. Curtis; his children, Linda D. Philpott and Jeffrey Curtis (Holly); and his grandchildren, Tessa Philpott, Sommer Philpott, Kervin Curtis (Angel) and Nicholas Curtis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
