He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Ratcliff and Olia Ratcliff (Wright); his siblings, Joe, Vester, Charles Ratcliff and Geneva Chamness; and his significant other Nancy Allen.
He is survived by: his former spouse Bobbie Blankenbeckler; his daughters, Valerie Hoagland (Carl) of Veedersburg, Renee Keller (Neil) of Covington and Jami Bryan (Bruce) of Homer, Illinois; his grandchildren, Adam Hoagland (Shannon) of Veedersburg, Eli Hoagland (Casey) of Veedersburg, Seth Hoagland (Tab) of Veedersburg, Justin Minick (Cori) of Pace, Chase Bryan (Alison) and Bailey Bryan of Homer, Illinois; his great grandchildren, Dallas, Laney, Skyler, Brailey Hoagland, Mason, Ella Grace Minick, Mackenzy and Cody Linville; and his stepchildren, Rex Beck (Donna), Rick Beck (Lynn), Rhonda Kelley, Ryan Beck (Penny) and Roger Beck (Crystal). He is also survived by step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
