He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Wayne and Mildred Ona Meadows (Stevenson). He is survived by: his wife Nancy K. Meadows; his sons, Curt Meadows (Angela) and Doug Meadows (Debbie); and his grandson Logan C. Meadows.

Memorial contributions may be given to Covington Community Foundation - Lower Mound Cemetery Fund.
