He was predeceased by: his father James R. Lyons; his uncle David Lyons; his aunt Susan Lyons; and his grandparents, Dorothy Lyons McGary, Vernon and Marjorie Bechtelheimer.
He is survived by: his mother Norma Lee Lyons (Bechtelheimer); his son Andy Lyons of Bicknell, IN; his stepdaughter Sue Sheets; his grandchildren, Mason and Malli Lyons; his siblings, Bob Lyons (Diane) of Greenville, NC, Scott Lyons (Michelle) of Douglasville, GA and Elaine Douglas (Jeff); and his aunt Carolyn Doty. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
The public is asked to limit attendance based on the Governor's current COVID 19 guidelines.
