She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lawrence W. Howard and Iris Yolanda Howard (Youngblood); her husband Carl William Dice; her children, Steven C. Dice and Debbie Bell (Darryl); and her grandchildren, Casey Jumps (Randy), Mark Dice (Ashleigh), Jed Bell and Micah Winter (Daniel). She was also cherished by ten great-grandchildren.
