He is survived by: his wife Carol A Cushman; his children, Fonda Winchester (David) of Greenville, IL, Randy Cushman (Tracy) of West Lebanon, IN, Greg Cushman of Hoopeston, IL, Stacy Kingrey (Randy) of Danville, IL, Diana Jean Scherer (Jim) of Jonesboro, IL and Mark Jean (Darby) of Marshall, IN; his siblings, Nelda Byers of Dayton, IN and David Cushman of West Lebanon, IN; and his stepchildren, Daniel Cripe (Lori) of Marysville, OH, Penny Beck (Ryan) of Jamestown, IN, Angela Cripe of Terre Haute, IN, Arda Meadows (Mark) of Hillsboro, IN and Jacob Cripe (Amber) of Jamestown, IN. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
