He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred "Doc" Moore and Bertha Moore; his siblings, Darlene Stucker, Paul and Terry; and his children, Christy and Rodney.
He is survived by: his wife Melba Moore; his brothers, Larry, Jackie Moore of Cayuga, IN and Ernie Moore; his children, Kim (Randy), Melissa of Veedersburg and Andrew of Florida; his grandsons, Travis (Jessica) and Josh Smith of Florida; and his children, Carrie of Veedersburg, Dakota (Lily Fritzen) of Ft Wayne, Morgan Ladoga (Dane Boyer), Dominick Moore of Jamestown, Elijah, Arianna, Cooper and Luna Smith. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
