Hicks (Debra), James Patrick Hicks and Andrea Hicks; his stepchildren, Jason Crawford, Heather Crawford-Eaton and Lura Cathleen Burke (Ryan Billeter); his sister Ruthann Norman (Eugene); his grandchildren, Clinton, Tiffany, Dakota, Trenton, Serina, Manuel, Kaylynn, Richard, Summer and Allura; and his great grandchildren, Colby, Parker, Aida, Rhythem, Augustus and Waylon.
