She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle A. Blinn and Ethel M. Blinn (Foust); her grandson Shad Hix; and her siblings, John Blinn (Karen), Jerry Blinn, Bonita Pearson and Sam Blinn.
She is survived by: her children, Tom Hix (Joanne), Roy Hix (Beth), Ronald Hix (Julie) and Maribeth Hix; her grandchildren, Scott Hix (Abbie), Kristen Gioe (Jeff), Mary DeLong (Matt), Peter Hix (Catherine), John Hix (Jess), Simon Hix (Amanda), Rachel Hix, Andrew Hix and Trevor Hix (Laura); her siblings, Doris Blinn, Mary Lou Blinn and Jim Blinn (Jackie); and her siblings-in-law, Rita Blinn, Margaret Brown, Jondajane Childers and Jerry Pearson (Barbara). She is also survived by 21 great grandchildren, 1 great great granddaughter.
