He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank L. Gulley and Velma Gulley (Coats); his sons-in-law, Richard Hale and David Smith; and his granddaughter Lorie Zawicki.
He is survived by: his wife Deloris "Dee" Willis; his children, Teresa Smith of Gas City, IN, Julie Shields of Hebron, OH, Lisa Hale of Marion, IN, Brenda Planck (Jerry) of Marion, IN and Gary Gulley of Marion, IN; and his brother-in-law Denzil Willis (Carolyn) of Lakeland, FL.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandson.
