He is survived by: his wife Angie Freeman of Van Buren, IN; his daughters, Michelle Ashbaugh of Van Buren, IN, Amber Ailes of Van Buren, IN and Andrea Whitegon (Robert) of Warren, IN; his grandchildren, Noah Slusher, Adam Slusher, Donnavon Freeman, Kyler Slusher, Rilee Martin and Ashley McDonald; his great grandchildren, Jayden, Kenna, Matthew and Lance; and his siblings, Amy Armstrong (Chad) of Summitville, IN and Ricky Lee Freeman (Brenda) of Montpelier, IN..
